Okay, at first this was just going to be a small drawing but I liked him so much that I wanted to make a desktop.
BECAUSE I intended to make it a small picture, the resolution is only 1300x799 and I don't know how to make it larger without ruining it. {if anyone has any tips I would greatly appreciate the help ;n; }

Alright so I have one final selfish request. Like I said this is a small wallpaper, although I have a large screen {17.2 inches}. Could someone set this as their desktop if they have a smaller screen and tell me if it looks alright? I could use a little feedback. ;n;
